As we step into 2025, we at Marques Amusement Company (The MAC) are filled with gratitude for the incredible support we received in 2024. You helped make it a remarkable year, and we’re thrilled to continue bringing The Greatest Party on Earth to your events in 2025!
Your feedback has been invaluable, and we’ve been hard at work refining our processes to better serve you. With this in mind, we’re excited to share some important updates for the new year.
Exciting MAC Updates for 2025
1. Deposit Policy Update
Starting this year, our deposit amount will increase from $3 to $50. This change will allow us to streamline bookings and ensure availability for your special events.
2. Delivery Windows
To enhance scheduling efficiency, delivery routes will now begin at 7:00 AM. Your inflatable will be set up anytime between that start time and your event’s scheduled start time. Rest assured, our team will always aim to provide timely and professional service.
3. Updated Payment Policy
To simplify payment logistics, full payment is now due by 11:00 AM on the day prior to your event. This ensures a smooth experience for all parties involved and allows us to focus on delivering joy to your doorstep.
4. Cancellation Policy Changes
Life happens, and we understand! To better accommodate our customers while maintaining our commitment to high-quality service, we’ve updated our cancellation policy:
- 5+ days before your event: Eligible for a refund within your original booking date.
- Less than 5 days: Your deposit is non-refundable but will be held as a raincheck for a future event.
- Day before (by 11:00 AM): No payments are refundable, and the remaining balance is due.
This ensures our team can manage resources effectively while maintaining flexibility for unforeseen circumstances.
