Do I need to put a deposit down?
Yes. To reserve your bounce house rental, a deposit is required:
- $50 deposit for orders up to $999
- 10% deposit for orders from $1,000–$9,999
- 50% deposit for orders of $10,000 and above

Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured and carry liability coverage for all bounce house rentals and event equipment. Insurance documentation can be provided upon request for schools, churches, parks, and corporate venues.

What time do I enter as my start time? When will you deliver?

Do you deliver to parks?
Yes. We deliver bounce house rentals to parks, provided the park allows inflatables and you obtain any required permits. Please confirm power access, space availability, and park rules in advance so we can ensure a smooth setup.
