Does concession equipment include an operator?
An operator is included only when staffing is specifically listed in your reservation. Check the product or package details for supplies, servings, and operating arrangements.
How do I check availability for my event?
Use Set Date & Time to choose your event date and hours, then browse the products. Availability and pricing are checked for your selection. Adding an item to the cart or requesting a quote does not confirm a reservation.
Do you deliver to my area?
We serve Powder Springs, Atlanta, Marietta, Smyrna, Austell, Douglasville, and surrounding Metro Atlanta communities. Enter your complete event address so our team can confirm delivery availability, access requirements, and any delivery charge.
What is included in the rental price?
Review the product details and your itemized quote. Delivery, applicable tax, supplies, staffing, and other selected services may be separate. An attendant stays at your event only when staffing is specifically included.
When is my remaining balance due?
Your remaining balance is due on or before setup. Equipment will not be set up until the balance is paid in full, unless you have made other arrangements with our office in advance.
What if I need to cancel?
We must receive your cancellation notice at least 24 hours before your event starts. Any amount you have paid for the event will be held as a raincheck or credit toward another booking.
