Driver & Support Associate
Join the team that keeps “The Greatest Party on Earth” moving. As a Driver & Support Associate with The MAC, you’ll play a critical role in delivering inflatables, games, concessions, and event equipment safely and professionally throughout the Atlanta area. This position is perfect for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and being part of exciting events every weekend.
You’ll assist with loading and unloading equipment, setting up attractions, ensuring safety standards are met, interacting with customers, and helping create unforgettable experiences for families, schools, churches, festivals, and corporate events. No two days are ever the same — one day you may be helping at a school field day, and the next you could be supporting a large-scale community festival or sporting event activation.

Responsibilities Include:

Event Crew Associate
Do you enjoy high-energy environments, working with people, and being part of exciting community events? The MAC is looking for Event Crew Associates to help us bring unforgettable experiences to life across Atlanta and beyond.
Event Crew Associates are the face of the fun. From operating attractions and assisting guests to helping maintain a safe, organized environment, this role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings. You may assist with festivals, school events, markets, pop-up experiences, sports events, and large-scale community activations.
This is a great opportunity for students, part-time workers, and individuals looking for flexible event-based work while gaining real-world experience in operations, customer service, entertainment, and event management.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
- Monitor inflatable attractions and games
- Help guests and answer questions

Event Manager
The Event Manager position is designed for strong leaders who can coordinate people, logistics, equipment, and customer experiences at a high level. This role is responsible for helping oversee event execution, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting The MAC’s continued growth as one of Atlanta’s rising entertainment and event companies.
Event Managers help lead crews, communicate with clients, solve problems in real-time, and ensure events are executed safely and professionally. This role requires leadership, adaptability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple moving parts.
Whether supporting a school carnival, festival activation, corporate event, or large community market, Event Managers help ensure every guest experiences “The Greatest Party on Earth.”
Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising event staff and crews
- Coordinating setup and breakdown timelines
- Ensuring attractions meet safety standards
- Managing customer communication during events
- Troubleshooting operational issues quickly and professionally
- Assisting with staffing coordination and event planning
- Monitoring event flow and guest experience
- Supporting inventory and equipment organization
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Leadership or management experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Experience in events, entertainment, hospitality, or operations (preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Weekend availability

MAC Student Opportunities
The MAC Student Opportunities Program was created for motivated junior and senior high school students as well as college students looking to gain hands-on experience in business, operations, events, customer service, entertainment, and entrepreneurship.
Students participating in this program may have opportunities to assist with events, community outreach, setup operations, marketing activities, concessions, guest engagement, and more. This is an excellent way to gain real-world work experience while building teamwork, leadership, and communication skills in a fun and exciting environment.

Because our events and staffing needs vary throughout the season, these opportunities are offered on an as-needed, first-come-first-serve basis depending on event demand and availability.
