This section is here to help you, the end user, learn how to safely and properly operate our concession machines. Whether it’s popcorn, cotton candy, or snow cones, we’ve made it easy to follow along so your event runs smoothly and deliciously!

🍭 Cotton Candy Machine Instructions
1️⃣ Set Up the Machine 🛠️
Place the machine on a stable, level surface.
Plug it into a grounded outlet.
Make sure the bowl is locked in place and the is secured inside the bowl.
2️⃣ Preheat the Machine 🔥
Turn on the power switch, then increase the temperature using the heat control knob to begin warming up the machine.
Let it preheat for about 2–3 minutes.
3️⃣ Add Sugar or Flossine Mix 🍬
Turn off the power briefly.
Carefully pour 1 scoop (about 1 tablespoon) of floss sugar or pre-mixed cotton candy sugar into the spinning head (center).
⚠️ Do not overfill – only one scoop at a time!
4️⃣ Start Spinning 🌀🎡
Turn the machine back on.
As the sugar heats up, it will start to spin cotton candy around the inside of the bowl.
5️⃣ Collect the Cotton Candy 🍭🍥
Hold a paper cone or stick vertically and rotate it around the bowl, catching the cotton candy as it forms.
Continue spinning the cone to build a fluffy treat!
6️⃣ Repeat if Needed 🔁🍭
Once a serving is done, you can add more sugar to make another.
Wait a few seconds between batches to allow the machine to stabilize.
7️⃣ Clean the Machine 🧽🚿
Turn off and unplug the machine. Let it cool completely.
Remove the bowl and clean it with warm water and mild soap.
Wipe down the spinning head carefully.

🍿 12 oz Popcorn Machine Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the Machine 🔌🔥
Plug in the popcorn machine. Turn on the Kettle Heater switch and let it preheat for 3–4 minutes.
2️⃣ Add Ingredients 🧈🌽
Turn off the Kettle Heater switch.
Carefully add the following into the kettle:
• 1/2 cup of popcorn oil
• 12 oz of popcorn kernels
• Optional: 1–2 tablespoons of seasoning or butter-flavored salt
3️⃣ Turn On All Switches 🎛️✨
Turn on the following:
• Kettle Heater
• Kettle Motor
• Interior Light (optional for that movie-theater vibe)
4️⃣ Let the Popcorn Pop 🍿🎉
Popping will begin shortly. When popping slows to about 2 seconds between pops, turn off the Kettle Heater.
5️⃣ Dump the Kettle ⚠️➡️
Carefully rotate the kettle to dump the popcorn into the warming deck.
Caution: Kettle will be hot!
6️⃣ Repeat if Needed 🔁⏱️
Wait 1–2 minutes before starting another batch.
Let the kettle cool slightly between uses.
7️⃣ Clean After Use 🧼🧽
Turn off and unplug the machine. Let it cool completely.
Wipe the kettle and interior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth.

🍧 Little Snowie Max Snow Cone Machine Instructions
1️⃣ Set Up the Machine 🛠️
Place the Little Snowie Max on a stable, flat surface near an outlet.
Plug the machine into a standard power outlet.
2️⃣ Prepare Your Ice ❄️🧊
Use small cube ice from your freezer or store-bought bagged ice.
Do not use large chunks or solid block ice — they can damage the blade.
3️⃣ Load the Ice Chamber 🍽️
Lift the lid and fill the ice chamber to the top with cubes.
Close the lid securely before shaving.
4️⃣ Shave the Ice 🎉🍧
Press down gently on the lid. The machine will automatically activate and start shaving ice.
Keep gentle pressure until all ice is shaved.
⚠️ Never put fingers or objects inside the chamber.
5️⃣ Fill Your Cups 🥤🍧
Use the included scoop or tilt the bowl to fill your snow cone cups.
Shape and pack the ice as desired for serving.
6️⃣ Add Flavoring 🍓🍍🥝
Drizzle your favorite syrups or flavor concentrates over the top.
Mix and match for fun, colorful creations!
7️⃣ Clean the Machine 🧼🧽
After use, unplug the machine.
Wipe down the exterior and ice chamber with a soft cloth and mild soap.
Avoid submerging or spraying the motor area directly with water.
