Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Thoroughly clean and sanitize inflatables, games, and equipment before and after events.
• Inspection: Check equipment for damage or wear, reporting any issues to the Operations Manager for repair or replacement.
• Inventory Organization: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized storage area, ensuring equipment is ready for delivery.
• Safety Standards: Adhere to safety protocols when cleaning and handling equipment to protect yourself and others.
• Timely Turnaround: Work efficiently to prepare equipment for upcoming events, meeting scheduling deadlines.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or a similar role is a plus.
• Skills & Attributes:
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the event.
• Equipment Management: Inspect and maintain equipment during events, troubleshooting any issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to execute events according to plan.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols to protect guests, staff, and equipment.

• Equipment Maintenance: Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment to ensure it meets quality and safety standards before and after each event.
• Logistics Coordination: Follow assigned schedules and routes, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient operations.
• Problem Solving: Address on-site issues promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to the client’s event.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, ensuring the well-being of clients and guests.
