🔍 Phase 1: Initial Screening – Let’s Get to Know You
Our first step is a quick phone or virtual interview to learn more about your availability, interest in the events industry, and how you might fit into the MAC culture.

🛠️ Phase 2: Role-Specific Interview – Skills Meet Purpose
Next, we’ll dive into your experience and how you’d handle real-world scenarios. This could include a hands-on setup demo for Laborers, or a portfolio chat for Marketing/Sales roles.
What we cover:
Role-specific skills (event setup, customer service, marketing, etc.)
How you work under pressure or in a team
Your ability to think on your feet
Optional: trial setup or job shadow (depending on role)

🎯 Phase 3: Final Interview – Culture & Leadership Alignment
The final step is an in-person chat with a team lead or company leadership. This phase helps us see how you’ll contribute to our culture, represent the brand, and grow within the company.

The Event Crew Associate plays an essential role in creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. This hands-on position involves setting up, managing, and tearing down event equipment, ensuring every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations. As a key representative of The MAC, you’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to every event, making each one a success.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Setup & Teardown: Assemble and dismantle inflatables, games, decorations, and other equipment efficiently and safely.
- On-Site Operations: Assist with supervising event activities, ensuring a safe and fun environment for guests.
- Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the event.
- Equipment Management: Inspect and maintain equipment during events, troubleshooting any issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to execute events according to plan.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols to protect guests, staff, and equipment.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.

The Delivery Support Associates is a vital part of The MAC team, ensuring the timely and safe delivery, setup, and teardown of inflatables, games, and equipment for our events. This role involves interacting with clients, representing The MAC brand, and upholding our reputation for excellence and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery & Setup: Safely transport inflatables, games, and event equipment to designated locations, ensuring proper setup and adherence to safety standards.
- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients during deliveries and pickups.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment to ensure it meets quality and safety standards before and after each event.
- Logistics Coordination: Follow assigned schedules and routes, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient operations.
- Problem Solving: Address on-site issues promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to the client’s event.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, ensuring the well-being of clients and guests.

As a Laborer I at Marques Amusement Company, you’ll play a crucial support role in delivering safe, clean, and exciting event experiences. This entry-level position is perfect for high school students or young teens looking to earn money, gain experience, and be part of a fun and dynamic team. You’ll assist with event setup, breakdown, and equipment cleaning while learning the basics of the event rental industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading of inflatables, games, and party equipment
Support setup and takedown of event equipment under supervision
Clean, wipe down, and sanitize equipment after use
Follow safety procedures during transport and setup
Help organize equipment at the warehouse and event sites
Work as a team to ensure timely and professional execution of all tasks
Qualifications
Must be at least 15 years old (Work permit required if under 16)
Able to lift and carry 30+ lbs with help
Willing to work weekends, holidays, and school breaks
Follows instructions well and works respectfully with others
Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse or event sites
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

You’ll assist with leading setup crews, ensuring equipment is handled properly, and helping with logistics and maintenance. This is a mid-level labor position with growth potential into higher-level roles.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with loading, unloading, and staging event equipment
Lead or co-lead setup and takedown at event sites
Safely operate hand trucks, dollies, and other basic tools
Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and trailers
Train and mentor Laborer I team members as needed
Help resolve on-site challenges with the support of supervisors
Follow safety procedures and ensure others on the team do the same
Qualifications
Minimum age: 18
Prior experience in events, warehouse, or general labor preferred
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor environments
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Dependable transportation to work locations

Role Summary
The Laborer III role is a senior-level labor position for experienced, highly dependable team members who can assist across multiple areas of the business—including warehouse operations, event logistics, and on-site execution. As a Laborer III at Marques Amusement Company, you’ll serve as a key support for leadership, ensuring that equipment is handled efficiently, setups meet brand standards, and events are executed on time. This position is ideal for individuals with strong initiative, leadership potential, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced company.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with loading, securing, and transporting equipment to event sites
Lead setup and breakdown operations for large events and premium packages
Work closely with Event Coordinators to ensure quality control and timeliness
Manage warehouse organization and assist in maintaining inventory
Troubleshoot equipment or logistical issues on-site with minimal supervision
Train and mentor Laborer I and II staff
Support with errands, trailer hookups, or route assistance when needed
Uphold all safety and cleanliness standards set by MAC leadership
Qualifications
Minimum age: 18
At least 1 year of experience in labor-intensive or event setup roles
Valid driver’s license preferred (CDL not required but a plus)
Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
Excellent leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills
Able to operate basic tools, dollies, tie-downs, and potentially drive company vehicles
Available to work early mornings, long shifts, weekends, and holidays
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with minimal oversight
