Staffed Event Services may include event support staff, activity attendants, concession support, and general on-site assistance tailored to your event’s needs. Our staff works closely with your event plan to ensure attractions are supervised, guests are supported, and the event environment remains organized and safe throughout its duration.
Because staffing needs vary based on event size, layout, and scope, Staffed Event Services are offered through a consultation-based process. This allows our team to recommend the appropriate number of staff members, roles, and coverage needed to properly support your event.
Staffed Event Services must be inquired about at least three (3) weeks prior to the event date. Once your inquiry is received, a MAC Consultant will reach out to discuss staffing needs, availability, pricing, and any additional details to ensure your event is fully supported.
