Whether you’re hosting a birthday party, school event, community gathering, or corporate function, our team provides fully supported concession operations that are organized, engaging, and professionally run.
Concessions Services may include staffed food and beverage stations, menu planning tailored to your audience, coordinated setup and breakdown, and thoughtful placement to support guest flow and safety. From traditional carnival favorites to specialty beverage experiences, we work with you to create a concession setup that complements your event and enhances the overall guest experience.
Because each event varies in size, duration, and needs, Concessions Services are offered through a consultation-based process. This allows our team to recommend the appropriate staffing, equipment, and layout while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for your guests.
Concessions Services must be inquired about at least three (3) weeks prior to the event date. Once your inquiry is received, a MAC Consultant will reach out to discuss availability, pricing, menu options, and additional details to ensure your event is properly supported.
