Event Planning & Coordination may include pre-event planning, timeline development, layout and logistics coordination, vendor communication, and day-of event oversight. Our goal is to keep everything running on schedule, manage on-site flow, and serve as a central point of contact so you can focus on enjoying your event.
Because every event has unique needs, Event Planning & Coordination is offered through a consultation-based process. This allows our team to understand the scope of your event, recommend the appropriate level of support, and ensure all moving parts are aligned well in advance of the event date.
Event Planning & Coordination must be inquired about at least three (3) weeks prior to the event date. Once your inquiry is received, a MAC Consultant will reach out to discuss availability, pricing, and additional details to determine the best planning and coordination approach for your event.
