By addressing these details in advance, we help reduce delays, prevent power issues, and create a more organized and professional event environment.
Because site requirements vary by location and event size, Site Logistics & Power Planning is offered through a consultation-based process. This allows our team to assess your space, understand power needs, and recommend the appropriate setup to support your event.
Site Logistics & Power Planning must be inquired about at least three (3) weeks prior to the event date. Once your inquiry is received, a MAC Consultant will reach out to review your event site, discuss requirements, pricing, and any additional details needed to ensure proper setup and execution.
