I had an amazing experience renting from Marques Amusement Company. We had weather issues on the originally planned day of our rental and the customer support quickly and with no push back worked with us to get it rescheduled so that we could still have a wonderful party for our daughter. My event turned out amazing thanks to Marques. This was my first time renting a bounce house and they will now be the only people I rent one from in the future. They worked with me when I needed to make adjustments both before and during the event. The inflatable was clean and great quality. They arrived earlier than the event start time and the whole process was smooth. Great customer service. Great pricing. And great product quality. This company was great! They had similar pricing to others but also offered free delivery within a certain radius, which we were in. They were great with communication.👍 They even offered to bring it early, so that they weren’t late on the day of the party, so we got to have it longer, for no extra cost. They would always text me and let me know if they were almost to my house. I highly recommend them for their customer service and their prices.
