The day of delivery/setup, they were running behind due to traffic delays and other unit deliveries, but they still came and had my unit set up BEFORE my event started!! AWESOME company and THEY ANSWER THEIR PHONES TOO!!! Obviously, I was very pleased. We had a wonderful experience with this bouncy house service! The setup was quick and professional, everything was clean and well-maintained, and the team was friendly and reliable. In the beginning I had a few questions and concerns because I was purchasing a rental of a large water slide that would accommodate adults all of my questions was answered accurately and I felt confident enough to use this company they were on time and went over and Beyond to make sure we had the accommodations that we needed. We rented from Marques Amusement Co 2x this month. They brought  a fantastic 15 foot water slide to our home on the 4th of July. Their Set up and Take down was seamless. Our boys had such a great time that we rented another incredible 15 ft water slide for a party this past weekend. Their Customer Service is exceptional. The owner goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. I highly recommend this company and most likely will be calling to rent from them again!
