I highly recommend Marques Amusement for your party needs. We rented a water slide for our 4th of July celebration. They arrived as scheduled to deliver and to pickup. They are professional and dependable from the office personal to the delivery guy's. Communication is awesome. We will definitely use them again.

I ordered a bouncy house and a water slide for July 4 and the company rented the slide to someone else when I was first. That really hurt my kids feelings to not have nothing to do in the yard on the 4th of July. Then when the invoice was sent the slide was taken off . I called the number and no answer. Then a text came to me that the slide was rented. I was so upset. I will never again use this company. I’m a loyal person to. Would have had my money every birthday in my home. Hard to support black businesses.

The parents love the seating area! It was the extra effort of the amenities and putting the families well being first. We hired a Bounce House and Slide for my 9 year Olds Birthday party this weekend. Pricing was incredibly reasonable and I was really impressed by the level of service provided. Marques arrived ahead of schedule and set up quickly. He went to great lengths to ensure the space was well prepared and safe for the kids. Part of his set up included thick padding under the slide to ensure a soft landing and orange cones over the stakes used to hold the tarp town. Not only that, but everything was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. We've had bad experiences with other companies in the past so I was pleasantly suprised to find Marques. I don't often leave reviews. When I do it's because I feel strongly about the service I was provided. If you're looking for a company that will actually deliver and not mess you around, look no further!

I recently rented 2 bouncy houses with Marq Amusement for my Family Reunion event on July 29th.  I must say their customer service was absolutely top-notch! From the very beginning the owner, Latrelle (Marq), was very responsive, professional, and attentive to our needs. He  ensured that all aspects of the event went smoothly, leaving no room for any hiccups or stress. I actually had contacted several other bouncy house companies before luckily finding Marq Amusement on Facebook.  My event was going to be at a public park in Decatur and I was getting frustrated as not finding exactly what I wanted or was looking for...a lot of companies are not insured. I was thrilled to find Marq Amusement as they were by far the most professional and best priced! They had the two large bouncy houses I wanted and all the necessary insurance and documentation usually required by the city. Latrelle went above and beyond to ensure that our event went smoothly from start to finish.  He was always available to answer any questions and called me the day before (without me having to call first!) to confirm we were still on for our event. The fact that the bouncy houses were both in great shape and clean .....and the generator was brand new, is a testament to the company's attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality equipment. It's no wonder that the kids loved it so much...I only regret that I didn't take better pictures of the kids enjoying the bouncy houses! It is important to find reliable and trustworthy vendors for your events to ensure things go smoothly, and I was fortunate to find just that in Marq Amusement. I highly recommend them for any event planning needs you may have - you won't be disappointed!

This is the ABSOLUTE BEST company to rent from. I have used them multiple times in the past two months. For Father’s Day even though it was last minute he accommodated us and made sure our kids could have fun. We also rented for our son’s first birthday party. He is always on time. Fast setup and clean bounce houses. Then we rented just for a fun day at home. Lastly, I sponsor a back to school event every year. With out hesitation he offered to provide three of his bounce houses for the community. My experience renting has always been seamless, stress free and nothing but amazing. We had a last-minute crisis, but this business truly saved the day! The owner was incredibly responsive and professional, stepping in on short notice to provide bounce houses and entertainment for our PTA event. They created a contract the same day and provided all insurance and required documentation to make sure everything was in order. The owner’s dedication to the community and his customers really stood out, and we couldn’t be more grateful. The kids had an amazing time, and we’ll definitely be using them again in the future. I cannot say enough great things about this company. They came early to set up for our party that day, but unfortunately my son woke up very very sick to the point we had to cancel the party and have him seen at the ER. Without hesitation Marques Amusement was compassionate and understanding. They came and picked up the slide later in the day, and didn’t charge me for the party. Such a small gesture, but one that meant a lot! I will for sure use them again when we make up his party!

Marques Amusement is hands down the best! This is the second time in four months I’ve rented from them, and they’ve been amazing both times. They show up right on time, set everything up quickly, and make pickup just as easy. The bounce houses are always super clean, safe, and a huge hit with the kids—they don’t stop bouncing until we tell them it’s time to pack it up. I also love that they have such a big selection to choose from, and the prices are really reasonable.
